Cancelling a Booking

You may cancel or request to reschedule your booking by contacting us at mary@evelationnz.com.

• 24 hours or more before your session: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge.

• Less than 24 hours before your session: Your booking is generally non-refundable.

• Missed sessions: Bookings for sessions that are missed without prior notice are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations by Evelation

If Evelation needs to cancel a session, including due to unsafe weather or beach conditions, you will be offered a day of your choice to transfer your booking to another session.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
